What is the easiest way to increase your sales/profits?
The obvious answer is to bring in more business. But there are many ways to bring in the business. Let's start by identifying how you can go about this.
There are three essential ways of growing your business:
1. Create fresh ways of bringing new clients into your business. 2. Increase the average dollar amount each customer spends. 3. Increase the frequency with which you do business with each customer.
If you are building a strong business, this translates into:
1. Create new marketing techniques to bring in more people hiring you to do more weddings. 2. Increase the amount of product your client is purchasing from you for each wedding. This may include packaging products together to create larger sales. 3. Increase the number of times each of your customers books your services.
The most expensive of the 3 is to bring in new clients. Because these people aren't familiar with you or your work, you have to sell them on your services.
Increasing the number of times someone books with you also isn't a huge option, as weddings are typically a once in a lifetime event.
Your best option is to focus on your pricing, and focus on your offers. Focus your time on getting your clients to spend more with you. Create bigger and better packages. Create more options. If they have a choice, they will spend.
